What’s the fastest way to book an appointment?
Online booking. It takes about two minutes, shows you real openings, and works at 11pm when you remember. Calling works too — we’re by appointment only, so if we miss you, leave a message and we’ll call you back.
Can I text you instead of calling?
Yes. (417) 496-1588 takes texts as well as calls. Texts are handy for photos of a coat you’re worried about — a picture tells us more about matting than a description does.
How quickly will you get back to me?
Calls and texts usually get an answer the same day. Email can take a little longer, especially on a busy grooming day, so anything time-sensitive is better by phone.
Do you take walk-ins?
No — we’re by appointment only. Book a self-wash time online or call us; Wash Club members get 24/7 access while their membership is active. All grooming — full grooms, trims, baths, and quick services like nail trims and anal gland expressions — is by appointment only.
I need to cancel or reschedule — who do I tell?
Call the shop at (417) 496-1588, or use the link in your booking confirmation email. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is to give the slot to someone on the waitlist.
